Perth, WA, November 2016 – Smart Homes For Living has taken out three wins at this year’s HIA Perth Housing Awards, bringing home two awards for best display homes and the accolade for the most affordable housing project of 2016. No stranger to acclamations, Smart has won 18 awards from the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and the Master Builders Association of Western Australia (MBA) since 2013. A finalist 38 times in the last five years, Smart Homes For Living continues to excel as a leader in Perth’s construction industry. The Aussie Living Homes team celebrates winning ‘Project Builder of the Year’ at the 2015 MBA Awards.  Ventura Home Group was a big winner at the 2015 Master Builders-Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards, with ‘Aussie Living Homes’, ‘Ventura iD’ and ‘Smart Homes for Living’ bringing home several awards. Aussie Living Homes – the first home specialists – was VHG’s biggest winner at the annual Master Builders Awards, taking out the major title of ‘Project Builder of the Year’ 2015. It was a very good night for the team at Aussie Living Homes – also winning for ‘Contract Homes under $180,000’ and for ‘Excellence in Building Practice.’ Ventura Home Group’s property development arm, Ventura iD, won the award for ‘Contract Homes $350,000 – $400,000’ at the Gala Awards ceremony.
